Starrbot Warranty Guidelines
The Limited Warranty is at sole option of Starrbot Automations Pvt Ltd, Starrbot Automations Pvt Ltd will warranty to original purchaser and repair the defectiveness during the Warranty Period.

Warranty period:

  • The Limited Standard Warranty shall last for Twenty Four (24) months from the date of original purchase printed invoice in below Product Information column (“Warranty Period”) to the date of the defective product received by Starrbot Automations Pvt Ltd. This Warranty is invalid for spare parts, such as power adapter, power cord, cables, remote control, etc.
  • Motion Sensor Lights, Motion Sensor & Home Automation – we can offer upto 36 months extended warranty on additional charges.
  •  Motions Sensor Drivers – we can offer 12 months warranty.
  • This Limited Warranty may not be sold – on, assigned, transferred or given to any subsequent purchaser or acquirer of the Product.
  •  If Starrbot Automations Pvt Ltd. repairs or replaces the Product, the repaired or replaced Product shall continue to be warranted for the same time of the original warranty period.
  •  Proof of purchase is a pre-requisite to claim warranty.
  •  In the event of the Authorised Channel Partner offering EXTENDED WARRANTY period for any specific product / period, it is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER to get the warranty proof duly registered with the Authorized Channel Partner of the company within 2 weeks of purchasing under such an offer, at the purchaser’s cost and risk only.
  •  Starrbot Automations Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. Under no circumstances shall Starrbot Automations Pvt Ltd be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product.

Exclusion:

This Limited Warranty applies only to the hardware components of the Product as originally and does not apply to any software or other equipment. Starrbot Automations Pvt Ltd. reserves the authority to determine whether the defective product should be repaired.
  1.  The equipment has been damaged by negligence of installation, accident, act of God, mishandling, or has not been operated in accordance with the procedures described in the operating and technical instructions.
  2.  The equipment has been altered or repaired by other than the Manufacturer or an authorized service representative of the Manufacturer.
  3. Adaptations or accessories other than those manufactured or provided by Manufacturer have been made or attached to the equipment which, in the determination of Manufacturer, shall have affected the performance, safety, or reliability of the equipment.
  4. The equipment’s original serial number has been modified or removed.
  5.  The equipment has been short circuit, wrong wiring & stop working due to water inside the product
